02What we collect
Information you give us
- Forms and The Match: your name, email, brand or creator name, website or social account link, and the answers you choose (needs, markets, platforms, budget range, message).
- Call booking (Calendly): your name, email and the answers to the booking questions.
- Emails you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Audience statistics: anonymous, aggregated visit data (pages viewed, country, device type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
- Security logs: technical data such as IP address, kept by our host to protect the site against abuse.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
05International transfers
SABAILAB LLC is based in the United States and some providers process data outside your country. When data from the European Economic Area or the UK is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable.
06How long we keep it
- Requests that do not lead to a collaboration: up to 3 years after our last contact.
- Clients: for the duration of our collaboration, then for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
- Security logs: a few days to a few weeks, as set by our host.
07Your rights
You can at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@sabai-lab.com; we answer within one month.
If you are in the European Union, you can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr).
09Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to your data is limited to the SABAILAB team and the providers listed above.
10Children
The site is intended for brands and professional creators. It is not directed at children under 16.
11Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
